How long does it take?

Our entire process from placing an order to receiving the item usually takes 3 to 8 business days. Although delivery may be delayed for the courier



How many is the transportation fee?

Sometimes we offer free shipping for a certain amount, our message header will show this. If so, no shipping charges will apply.
And usually there will still be a shipping fee

Can I cancel or get a refund for my order after it has been placed?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving the item to request a return.

We'll notify you when we've received and checked your return and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
